What does it cost to book a trip with Bright Lights Travel?

Booking your trip is completely free for you! We book hotels and cruises around the world. For Disney trips, this includes resort and tickets (package + a la carte vacations) and both Disney resorts and nearby off-property options. We offer this service for free as our travel partners pay the agency a small commission fee for each trip booked to cover the time of sourcing. If you decide to add on our Customized Concierge services, the the plans start at $350 for Walt Disney World and $75 for Disneyland Paris. Concierge services are available for other destinations and priced based on number of guests, number of destinations and length of the trip.

Do I have to schedule an initial exploratory phone call?

No, it’s not mandatory but we do recommend it, especially for a Disney trip. Planning a trip to any Disney location is much more detailed than most vacations. The ages of those in your group, ins and outs of how your group or family like to spend their days, and what you’re looking for in a resort all have an impact on your plans and my custom recommendations. What types of Disney trips do you plan?

We have so much fun planning all types of trips from family holidays, romantic getaways, girl’s trips, bachelorette groups and more. Disney locations have so much to offer for everyone of all ages. Bright Lights Travel most often books Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris and Disneyland Resort trips but we also love to plan your Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and Universal Studios Orlando vacations as well.

What are the benefits of your concierge services:

There are so many great perks starting with you not having to spend hours online researching for your trip, receiving a trip guide that is completely customized for your group, insider tips, packing lists, and more. For Disney parks trips, I will personally wake up early or stay up late to make your dining reservations so that you don’t have to! (5:45 am EST 60 days prior for WDW and at midnight EST for cruises!). Since I am only booking dining for my concierge clients, this helps prevent any client crossover and ensures that each of my clients receives priority and the best chance of receiving their top dining picks.

Can I book your concierge service even if I didn’t book a trip through you?

Yes, absolutely. For Disney locations, If your trip was booked within 30 days of your reaching out to me, I will have the ability to add your trip to my Disney travel planning portal. If not, that’s ok too and I can still manage all park and dining reservations, trip extras, your customized trip guide and more.

Do you book flights and airport transportation?

No, we do not book flights but I personally recommend Delta Airlines for trips to WDW which we fly almost exclusively along with their partner airlines Air France and Virgin Atlantic to Europe. We are able to book airport transportation for some cities, but not all.

Can I purchase a gift card to gift a friend or family member your concierge service?
